The following monuments were noted:

A brass of a woman and her children at prayer:

"Here lyeth interred Mary ye sole daughter
of Robert Palmer wife of John Bray by
whom she had issue 3 sonnes & 6 daughters
viz Mary: Ann: Edmond Vrs: Eliz: Dor: Eln:
Giles & Antho & was buried ye 4th of Oct: 1620"

Her husband was Captain John Bray, who was born 1579 (Wilson, 2007. n.p.)

An ornate tile in the chancel floor:

"Brilliana
daughter of Dr Bray: died
June 12th 1717. Aged 10 Weeks.
Letitia
his daughter. Died May 13th 1729.
Aged 18 months."

This is one of two tiles, the other being obscured under a fixture. The church guide states that it is for "their father, Edmund Bray, MD, who died in 1731 at the age of 63" (Wilson, 2007. n.p.) "Several members of the Bray family were Lords of the Manor in the late 16th, early 17th C." (Wilson, 2007. n.p.)
